Play&Pose lookbook
From February 2011 each month a new design is designed, produced and presented in the project Play&pose. In this project a fashion bloggers will be asked to photograph themselves in new Charlotte Kan designs. This way the garment is presented by the wearer itself. The collection gradually expands and so will the lookbook.
Under the name Play&Pose Charlotte Kan previously collaborated with the multi talented (photographer and singer-songwriter) Elkie Vanstiphout in 2007 sending her garments to make fashionable self-portraits. In 2010 Iris Jans photographed her friends in the fall/winter collection. The Play&Pose project functions as an umbrella to explore new ways of presenting a fashion collection.
This collection is designed and produced in small editions in the Charlotte Kan studio in Rotterdam.
