Q&A
Who are you and what
is it that you do?
I am a
Fashion & Branding student and I fill my days searching for
inspiration, translating mere musings to visually aesthetic
imagery.
Why did you start a
blog? And how did that and your style
evolve?
After
continuously being inspired by others I decided to try it out for
myself. It started out as a way to document my interests and
attire. Looking back my style went from slightly grungy to a more
pulled together yet experimental manner of dressing. That being
said, I have absolutely no idea what the definition of my style
is.
What makes you
different from other bloggers?
I try to capture my current happenings in a manner that
would hopefully inspire others to present themselves in other ways
than the common “blogger poses/photos”.
Who is your biggest
inspiration?
Hanne Gaby
Odiele and Jen Brill, they don’t need any further
explanation.
Why did you decide to
join the Play&Pose project?
The garments are amazingly versatile which I feel very
strongly for. I was flattered when I was asked to model a specific
garment and wanted to present it in the best way I
could.
Tell us something
about how you combined the Charlotte Kan
garment.
Layered over a
neon green dress is how I combined the Charlotte Kan top. With the
aforementioned dress I tried to present it in an unexpected manner
that shows the vast versatility of the garment. I love the
sheerness and the cut of it, allowing the wearer to
experiment.
How do you see the
future of fashion blogs? Will their influence change? Will the
medium or the technology change?
More and more people name specific bloggers as their
mainsource of inspiration. I think it is the most amazing form of
putting yourself out there at this time. Probably talent will be
recognized sooner and a lot more bloggers will receive monetizing
offers. The medium might change by having more interactive ways of
communicating with the target group.

What are your dreams
and plans for the future?
In the near future I hope to find various outlets that will
allow me to portray a different way to see things. A continuous
stream of out of the ordinary inspiration.
