When will your package arrive?
Although we cannot give you an exact date here are some
indications, based on
information from our carrier.

when ordering. we cannot be held responsible for this delay.
International shipments (outside EU)
Please note: additional import duties, taxes, and charges are not
included in
the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's
responsibility. For
more information please check with your country's customs or postal
office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We
will not under-value
merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.

PayPal enables you to pay using your credit card without opening a
PayPal account.
Bank transfer
Please select the option upon checkout and transfer the money
directly after
ordering. If payment is not received within 5 business days your
order will be
cancelled.

All prices include 19% Dutch VAT.
Returns and exchange
Charlotte Kan wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are
unsatisfied,
please contact us within 7 business days to return or exchange your
item(s). After
seven business days the sale becomes final.
Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged items can be returned for an
exchange or a
refund.
Returned items must have the original (price)tags attached and
original invoice
included in the package.
- Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock or if we have the
fabric in
stock.
- Exchanged items will be sent out upon arrival of the returned
goods.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded when the item is
returned.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days.
- We cannot accept returns on products that were not purchased
through the
Charlotte Kan web shop
- Returns are at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you
send the item using a carrier that insures you for the value of the
goods and provides you with a track and trace number.
- International custom duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Damaged goods
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect
condition, but if this is not the case please contact us within 7
business days after receiving
the garment. Always check your order upon arrival. Please contact
us before
sending anything back!
What are the options after we
receive the faulty item?
If possible we will repair the item and send it back to you.
If the item is beyond repair and we have a replacement in stock we
will send a replacement as soon as we receive the faulty item.
If we do not have the item in stock we will refund you within 7
days after receiving the faulty item.

We know it can be difficult to shop online, but to make it as easy
as possible
we have some tips. First of all check the size guide to see what
size fits you
best.
How to measure yourself
Take measurements over underwear. Stand up straight and. The tape
measure
should fit snug around your body without being too tight or too
loose. Hold it
just comfortably and horizontally.
Bust – measure around the fullest part of your breast.
Waist – measure the thinnest part of your waist and don't
hold your breath.
Hips – measure around the fullest part of your hips. Create a
loop with the
tape around your hips and slowly slide it down your hips (like
putting on a pair of fitted pants)
loosening the tape measure when necessary.
Colours
Actual colours may vary from the colours on your screen. Please
contact us if
you would like to see the fabric in person. We can send you a
swatch of the fabric.
Lost your button?
Send us an email if we have them in stock we will send you a
replacement for
free.
Care
In general we recommend:
- Wash at low temperatures (30c)
- Use a gentle cycle
- Do not use fabric softener
- Air dry your garment
- Air your garments between wearing to reduce the need to wash
them. Reducing
the times you wash an item will prolong it's life cycle and it's
better for the
environment.

Currently all products are made in small editions in the Charlotte
Kan studio
in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are sourcing for more
eco-friendly materials, but for now we
will use them sporadically and inform you in the product details
when we used a
certified fabric.
